I'm saddened to report that Mary K. (McConnon) Perez's husband Emilio passed away on Wed 5 May 2021 due to complications from Covid-19. He had been hospitalized for 10 weeks but seemed to have turned the corner, recovering from both Covid and its related pneumonia. Mary K. said that he'd begun standing and walking again when he developed a blood clot in his lung and died suddenly.
