If you currently have a Fire Blue Spinel India Cut stone in your Class of  1982 Air Force Academy ring there is no charge to replace it as it is a synthetic stone which is replaced free of charge as part of the lifetime warranty. If you currently have a different birthstone in your ring-the charge to change the stone color is $25.00.
